HOUSE SECURITY CHECKS
Not only does it satisfy your home insurance coverage requirements when you’re away, but it also gives your home a lived-in look and a reassurance that everything is secure. We do a walk through the entire house, checking that windows and doors are secure, and that there are no water leaks. We bring in any mail, newspapers or parcels, we turn lights on or off and open or close blinds/curtains, as needed. We bring garbage and recycling bins to the curb or back to the house. We water house plants. And we sweep or shovel the front steps and stoop.
***In winter, your own contractor must clear the driveway and/or the walkway so we can have clear and easy access to the house***
HOUSE SITTING (no pets)
The sitter overnights in your home and performs the same tasks as in the above-mentioned house security checks.
HOUSE AND DOG SITTING SERVICE
The sitter stays in your home and performs the same tasks as in the above-mentioned house security checks. Your dog is taken out a minimum of 3 to 4 times a day, fed and fresh water provided. Plenty of attention and cuddles are a given! There is a $10.00 extra fee for each additional dog.
HOUSE AND CAT SITTING SERVICE
The sitter stays in your home and performs the same tasks as in the above-mentioned house security checks. Your cat is fed and fresh water provided. The litter box is scooped and freshened daily. Lots of cuddles and play time, if your kitty is into that! The rate is for a maximum of 3 cats, then there is a $5.00 extra fee for each additional cat.
DOG WALKING SERVICE
The fee is for a 30-minute walk. There is a $10.00 extra fee for an additional dog. In case of truly atrocious weather, we can substitute a quick bathroom break then indoor play instead of a walk.
PET VISITS
The fee includes a 30-minute visit. If your pet is a dog, he will be taken outside for a little bathroom break. Pet will be fed, if needed, and fresh water provided. As usual, lots of cuddles and play time. This service is ideal for pets with separation anxiety or those that just plain get lonely, as it shortens their time alone.
SMALL ANIMAL VISITS (rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, birds, etc.)
This is also a 30-minute visit. Your pet will be fed, if necessary, and fresh water provided. Their water dispensing device will be checked to make sure it is working properly (ex.: those suspended water bottles attached to cages). We also clean or refresh the cage bedding, as necessary. Again, lots of cuddles and attention, if they’re into that.
PUPPY OR OLDER DOG PEE BREAKS
This 15-minute visit is ideal for the puppy with the teeny bladder or the older dog that needs more frequent bathroom breaks.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST:
We offer a variety of other services including transportation of your pet to the vet or the groomer, attending your home for a service call when you can’t be there (ex.: plumbing or electrical repairs, etc.), and even light garden work! If there are other services you might need but that are not listed here, talk to us – we may be able to help.

FOR VISITS BEFORE 8:00 AM OR AFTER 8:00 PM, THERE WILL BE A $10.00 SURCHARGE.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE OF $20.00 WILL BE ADDED TO SERVICES ON STATUTORY HOLIDAYS.
